Niche.com released its top 25 school districts in the Greater Cincinnati Area for 2023, and five Northern Kentucky districts made the list.

The rankings are based on an analysis of statistics such as state test scores, college readiness, graduation rates, SAT/ACT scores, teacher quality, public school district ratings, and more. 

Here are the districts that made the cut:

Beechwood Independent Schools in Fort Mitchell was ranked No. 5. The district has three schools with 1,513 total students.

Fort Thomas Independent Schools in Fort Thomas was ranked No. 7. The district consists of five schools with 3,125 students enrolled.

Boone County Public Schools came in at No. 14. The district comprises 25 schools with a total of 20,280 students.

Walton Verona Independent Schools in Walton was named No. 17 on the list. The district consists of four schools with 1,792 students.

Campbell County Public Schools came in at No. 18. There are 10 schools in the district with 5,043 students enrolled.
