During the last week of July, local government meetings are frontloaded to Tuesday, July 26 this week in Boone, Campbell and Kenton counties. The meetings are open to the public, though some may require residents wishing to speak to sign up ahead of time.
At 5:30 p.m., the Boone County Fiscal Court will be meeting in the courtroom on the first floor of the Boone County Administration Building, located at 2950 Washington St. in downtown Burlington. The meeting will be livestreamed, and the link and agenda can be found at boonecountyky.org.
Also at 5:30 p.m., the Kenton County Fiscal Court will be meeting in the Kenton County Government Center, located at 1840 Simon Kenton Way. The agenda and previous meeting videos can be viewed at kentoncounty.org. The meeting is also livestreamed from the county’s website.
The Crestview Hills City Council will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, July 26, at 5:30 p.m. at the Crestview Hills City Building, located at 50 Town Center Boulevard. The special called meeting is to consider two ordinaces, an occupational license fee and a tax credit, for Whitehorse Freight LLC. In Florence at 6 p.m., the Florence City Council will meet in the Florence Government Center at 8100 Ewing Boulevard. The agenda for this meeting and for previous meetings can be found at florence-ky.gov.
