A man is recovering after being shot multiple times in Covington on Wednesday night.
Covington Police were dispatched to the 2800 block of Indiana Avenue at around 10 p.m. where the 19-year old victim was found suffering from “several gunshot wounds,” police said.
The man told police that he was in his car when another vehicle pulled up next to him and “unknown subjects inside the vehicle” opened fire on him.
The man’s injuries are believed to be non-life-threatening. He was transported to University of Cincinnati Medical Center where he was reported to be in stable condition.
In a news release, Covington Police said that investigators have interviewed several witnesses and collected several pieces of evidence.
Neither the victim nor any suspect or suspects have been publicly identified by police.
The investigation is ongoing.
