The B-Line, Northern Kentucky’s self-guided bourbon tour, has added two new stops: Jerry’s Jug House in Newport and Greyhound Tavern in Fort Mitchell.

“Both Jerry’s Jug House and The Greyhound Tavern are hugely popular in their respective neighborhoods, rich with history, and we can’t wait for visitors to The B-Line to get to experience both,” reads an announcement from the B-Line last week.

Jerry’s Jug House will serve as one of the B-Line’s bourbon bar stops, which are required to stock at least 100 different bourbons. The bar’s name comes from the 1930s, when it was a location where people could buy jugs of beer, wine and liquor.

The Greyhound Tavern was built in 1921 and joins the B-Line as a restaurant stop. B-Line restaurants are required to stock at least 50 bourbon varieties. The restaurant specializes in classic American fare, known especially for its fried chicken and onion rings.
