The Boone County Fiscal Court is seeking the public’s input regarding its efforts to improve communications and engagement.
To that end, officials are encouraging residents to complete an online survey to aid in assessing the citizen engagement, as well as its ability to make information more accessible.
The survey includes inquiries related to the format in which residents wish to receive communication; which digital tools residents currently use to access information; the types of information residents are most interested in receiving; social media use and platform preferences; and a request for citizens to rate the various communications tools Boone County presently deploys.
