Work begins Thursday to improve traffic safety around the exit ramp from I-275 eastbound to Dixie Highway in Crestview Hills.
A single lane closure will be in place on southbound Dixie Highway (U.S. 25).
Additionally, the ramp at exit 83 from eastbound I-275 to Dixie will be restricted with a closure of the right turn lane to southbound Dixie.
The work is expected to last approximately two weeks.
A traffic island is being removed to improve safety and reduce accidents at the end of the ramp, the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet said.
