A girl is missing and is believed to have run away.
Covington Police are looking for Kammy Igo, 17, is white, 139 pounds, and stands 5’1″.
She also has a tattoo of the word “FORGIVEN” on her right forearm.
Police believe she is still in Northern Kentucky or Cincinnati.
