A Kenton County man pleaded guilty Thursday to charges of distribution of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor and possession of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor.
Kenneth Sundberg, 47, was arrested in January after investigators from the Kentucky Attorney General’s Office conducted a search warrant at his Crescent Springs home.
According to information from the Kenton County Commonwealth’s Attorney Office, Sundberg admitted to possessing child pornography and sharing it over the internet via a peer to peer network between April and November 2014.
Commonwealth’s Attorney Rob Sanders is recommending a 10-year prison sentence when Sundberg returns to court on June 8.
The defendant will be required to register as a sex offender.
