Property 35

FTM has confirmed that another lease has been signed at “property 35” just west of TJ Maxx. There will be a total of 6 retailers in that space.

Back in July our sources told us that the anchor restaurant at “property 35” would be a “noodle restaurant.” That information was correct as the west end cap will be a Noodles and Company. 


There are just a few spots left for lease in the Newport Pavilion, the 5 subdivided retailers in property 35 and “property 2” next to Edible Arrangements.
