Fort Thomas Police have charged 20-year-old Tyler Swope of Bellevue with first-degree terroristic threatening and reporting a false incident, in connection to a bomb threat that was called in to Highlands High School on the morning of January 15.
The bomb threat caused students to be evacuated for almost two hours that January morning.
According to a Cincinnati.com report, Swope has been subpoenaed to appear in court, but has not been placed under arrest.
In the same report, Swope’s attorney, Phil Taliaferro, confirmed Swope has worked as a volunteer at Kenton County Animal Shelter, and was a volunteer firefighter for the city of Southgate.
