Across the country on Saturday groups will rally to raise awareness to the growing heroin epidemic. STOP (Stop the Overdose Pandemic) Heroin will be represented in Greater Cincinnati with a rally Saturday morning at the band shell in Devou Park from 10:00AM to 1:00PM. Speakers will discuss being in recovery, fighting against heroin, and how to deal with losing family or friends to heroin. Addiction to the drug has been blamed recently for a spike in crime in Covington involving prostitution and copper thefts specifically.Â
