Fort Thomas has been ranked the safest city in Kentucky./FTM file Fort Thomas has once again made Movoto’s Top 10 list of safest cities in Kentucky. This is the second consecutive year our city has made this list, along with several others similar lists published each year. This year, though, we ranked at the top.
