Dixie Heights hosted Boone County in a boys 9th Region soccer matchup on Tuesday night in Edgewood.
The Colonels came out on top, 3-1. Dixie Heights (9-5) has now won nine out of their last 10 as they continue to surge. Aiden Sanders, Steven Wilcoxson and Trevor Bolte netted goals while Lee Tucker and Donovan Lameier dished out assists. Cole Grimes made six saves in goal.
Boone County dropped to 8-6 in the loss, Shane Powell with the lone goal, Parker Byland with the assist. Thierno Balde made four saves, David Courtney with two.
