LINK nky's Team of the Week is brought to you by OrthoCincy

The LINK nky Team of the Week for August 14-20 presented by Ortho Cincy is the Villa Madonna Volleyball Team. 

The Vikings came out in full force in the voting, tallying over 7,000 votes and collected over 90% of the vote.

Earning Villa Madonna Team of the Week honors was their performance at the Ludlow Classic, winning all five games.

The Vikings went 5-0 at the Ludlow Classic with victories over Grant County, Holmes, Calvary Christian, Boone County and Ludlow without dropping a set.

Maya Kondik was named the tournament’s Most Valuable Player. Catherine Gifford and Rebecca Raziano also made the all-tournament team.

Congratulations to our other nominees as well: Boone County football team, Ryle boys soccer team and the Bishop Brossart girls soccer team.
