BIA NKY Names Industry Veteran Jill Hollin to Lead Regional Business Development and Workforce Growth
Erlanger, KY — The Building Industry Association of Northern Kentucky (BIA NKY) is pleased to announce that Jill Hollin has joined the organization as Director of Business Development, supporting both the Association and the Enzweiler Building Institute (EBI).
Hollin steps into this role at a critical time for the region. Northern Kentucky is experiencing strong housing demand and steady industry growth, while continuing to face a significant workforce shortage across skilled trades. In her position, Hollin will focus on expanding partnerships, increasing membership engagement, and driving revenue growth to support the scaling of workforce training programs at EBI.
With more than 15 years of experience in the construction and building industry, Hollin brings a result-driven approach to business development, relationship-building, and strategic growth. Most recently, she served as a Senior Account Manager with Lowe’s Companies, Inc., where she managed a high-value portfolio, secured multimillion-dollar builder accounts, and worked closely with industry partners across the region.
In her new role, Hollin will help address some of the industry’s most pressing challenges: closing the workforce gap, growing BIA NKY’s membership base, expanding non-dues revenue, and increasing the capacity and reach of the Enzweiler Building Institute. Her work will directly support the organization’s mission to strengthen the residential construction industry and build a sustainable talent pipeline.
Today, BIA NKY represents more than 10,000 workers across the construction industry and supports hundreds of students through Enzweiler Building Institute programs—an impact expected to grow significantly under Hollin’s leadership.
“I’m proud to step into the role of Director of Business Development with the BIA of Northern Kentucky and support the Enzweiler Building Institute,” said Hollin. “With the demand for housing continuing to rise, it’s more important than ever that we invest in workforce development and industry growth. EBI plays a vital role in preparing the next generation of skilled professionals, and I’m excited to work alongside our members and partners to expand opportunities, strengthen our workforce pipeline, and support the long-term success of our industry. This role is about building connections that create real impact for our members, our students, and our region.”
Brian Miller, Executive Vice President of BIA NKY and President of the Enzweiler Building Institute, emphasized the importance of the role and Hollin’s impact:
“Jill’s leadership comes at a pivotal moment for our industry. As demand for housing continues to grow, so does the need for a strong, skilled workforce and a connected, engaged membership base. Jill brings the experience, energy, and vision needed to help us expand our reach, grow our membership, and scale our training programs. She will play a key role in driving revenue, strengthening partnerships, and ensuring we are meeting the needs of both today’s builders and tomorrow’s workforce.”
Hollin’s addition marks a strategic investment in the future of BIA NKY and EBI; one focused on growth, sustainability, and long-term industry impact.
