Dixie Heights High School is seeking nominations for its 5th Annual Distinguished Alumni and Faculty Awards.
The awardees will be recognized at the Distinguished Alumni Celebration Banquet in November 2026.
Nominations are accepted on a continuous basis for all future classes of distinguished alumni and educators. Only nominations received by May 31, 2026 will be considered for the 2026 Distinguished Alumni event..
The award program is organized by Dixie Heights’ Parent-Teacher Organization, The Colonels Club. The mission is to connect their current school community with Dixie Heights alumni, by recognizing graduates of Dixie Heights High School who have demonstrated excellence in their area of expertise.
The Colonels Club will also be accepting nominations for a former Dixie Heights staff member who is not an alumni of Dixie Heights but has made a significant impact on the school community as a teacher, support staff, administrator, custodian, coaches, and/or cafeteria worker. This recipient will also be recognized at the Distinguished Alumni Celebration Banquet.
Dixie Heights opened in 1936 and now has 89 years of alumni who have made excellent contributions to the world. The Colonels Club is developing the Distinguished Alumni Hall of Fame beginning with the inaugural class of 2022.
