FLORENCE, Ky. – Caring Excellence, a Northern Kentucky provider of non-medical in-home care services, is expanding its team and actively hiring caregivers to meet the growing demand for 24/7 senior care across the region.
The company has recently participated as a vendor at several job fairs across Northern Kentucky, including events at Beckfield College and the Erlanger branch of the Kenton County Public Library, connecting with individuals interested in careers supporting older adults.
As more families seek ways to help aging loved ones remain safely at home, the need for compassionate caregivers continues to rise in communities throughout Boone, Kenton and Campbell counties. Caring Excellence is currently recruiting caregivers to serve seniors in Union, Fort Thomas, Villa Hills, Edgewood, Florence, Covington, Newport, Hebron, Crestview Hills, Cold Spring, Walton, Burlington and Independence.
“Families across Northern Kentucky are looking for dependable caregivers who can help their loved ones remain safely at home,” said Sarah O’Malley, Owner/Director of Caring Excellence. “Job fairs like the ones at Beckfield College and the Erlanger Library allow us to connect with people who want to make a real difference in their community.”
Caring Excellence provides non-medical in-home care services including personal care assistance, companionship, help with daily living activities, transportation, and overnight or 24-hour care.
To meet the increasing need for support, the company continues to recruit compassionate individuals who are reliable and interested in serving seniors and their families. Flexible scheduling options are available, and both experienced caregivers and individuals new to the field are encouraged to apply.
“Our caregivers play a critical role in helping seniors maintain independence, dignity and quality of life,” the company added.
