Molly Costello Named Partner of Otto’s Hospitality Group.
Otto’s Restaurant Group in MainStrasse Village in Covington, picks long time
leader, Molly Costello as new partner.
Costello first walked through the doors of Otto’s in 2008 to apply for a server’s
position while attending culinary school. The front of the house team was
impressed with her poise and charisma, and hired her immediately. Owners, Paul
Weckman and Emily Wolff remember Costello quickly moving from that
position, to working directly with then Chef Weckman in the back of the house.
Molly took her knowledge of the front of the house and applied it to her skills in
the kitchen. She quickly rose through the kitchen ranks and was named Chef at
Otto’s, leading that kitchen through several years of great success.
Molly stood steady as the group expanded their operations to include a second
concept in 2015, with the opening of Frida. Over the next years, Costello’s role
with the company grew. In 2022, as the group launched its fifth restaurant
Mama’s, Costello was promoted to Vice President where her leadership has
continued to be instrumental in their ongoing success.
The announcement comes as the group identifies their next opportunities. “As
we look at ORG’s future, we wanted to make sure that Molly was secured as a
partner.” Weckman says. “She’s a homerun hitter!”

with her by our sides”,says Wolff. “I knew when Molly walked through the doors
of Otto’s 18 years ago that she was going to be an amazing addition. Now she
