These new awards, coupled with the 2023 recognition of Highlandspring, Villaspring, Coldspring, Heritagespring, Shawneespring, and Sycamorespring, mean that nearly all of Carespring’s 18 eligible locations have now received at least one level of the AHCA/NCAL National Quality Award. This comprehensive recognition highlights Carespring’s expansive and consistent dedication to excellence across its facilities and underscores the organization’s success in advancing quality care on a broad scale.
The National Quality Award Program has three levels: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Providers begin the quality process at the Bronze level, where they assess their organization’s mission, vision, and key factors that lead to success. Trained examiners review each application to determine if the center has met the demands of the criteria. Bronze recipients can now move on to the Silver – Achievement in Quality Award.
“This accomplishment underscores our ongoing commitment to delivering high standards in care across all our facilities and our commitment to continuous improvement,” said John Muller, COO of Carespring. “It reflects the dedication and outstanding care our compassionate team members provide to our residents each day, demonstrating our unwavering commitment in ensuring the well-being of our residents and the community we serve. We are thrilled with our Bronze Award winners and excited that two of our facilities have also received Silver Awards in the AHCA National Quality Awards,”
“This achievement reflects each provider’s dedication to continuous improvement,” said Cathy Bergland, AHCA/NCAL National Quality Award Board Chair. “It is an honor to recognize their hard work and commitment to enhancing the quality of care and service as they continue this rewarding journey.”
The National Quality Awards will be presented during Delivering Solutions 24, the AHCA/NCAL Convention & Expo, October 6-9, 2024, in Orlando, Florida.
