For $100, you can help in the fight against childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases

COVINGTON, KY (April 19, 2024) – Tickets for the Cincinnati St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway are selling fast – less than 3,000 tickets are left for a $100 chance to win a brand new home in Northern Kentucky. One hundred percent of the proceeds support the lifesaving mission of St. Jude: Finding cures. Saving children.®

This St. Jude Dream Home, built by Fischer Homes, is located in Covington, Kentucky, in the master-planned community of Tuscany. The two-story Charles floorplan features three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and over 2,400 square feet of living space. The home has an estimated value of $480,000.

Over half of the allotted 16,000 tickets were sold when the campaign launched on Friday, April 5 – a new record for the Cincinnati St. Jude Dream Home campaign.

“We could not be more thrilled with how this year’s campaign is going and would encourage anyone who is thinking about buying a ticket to get one now before they are gone,” said Carrie Iddings, Corporate Communications Manager at Fischer Homes. “Thank you to everyone in Greater Cincinnati who has joined us in the fight against childhood cancer – together, nothing is impossible.”

Since 2007, Fischer Homes has built 22 St. Jude Dream Homes. In total, Fischer Homes and Payne Family Homes in St. Louis (whose assets were acquired by Fischer Homes in 2021) have raised more than $32 million for St. Jude.

Fischer Homes will again achieve a major milestone in 2024 as the only builder in the country to construct three homes in one year for the St. Jude Dream Home® Giveaway program, which benefits St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital®. The three homes Fischer Homes will complete this year are part of the St. Jude Dream Home® Giveaway campaigns in Cincinnati, St. Louis, and Louisville and are expected to raise nearly $4 million in combined ticket sales.

Thanks to national sponsors, including Shaw, Brizo, Kichler Lighting, Trane, and Bosch, and generous local trade partners and vendors, including Joe Lay & Sons Plumbing, Hometown Concrete, Forge Lumber, Airtron, Quinn Electric, National Design Mart, and Sims-Lohman, St. Jude can deliver on its foundational promise that families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing or food, so they can focus on helping their child live.

The decorated home will be open for public tours starting the weekend of May 18. The winner of the home will be announced on FOX19 on the morning of June 14.
