St. Jude Dream Home® Giveaway Tickets On Sale Soon
For $100, You Could Win a House and Help Save Kids’ Lives

COVINGTON, KY (March 27, 2024) – Tickets for the Cincinnati St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway will go on sale next Friday, April 5. Only 16,000 tickets will be available for $100 each. One hundred percent of the proceeds support the lifesaving mission of St. Jude: Finding cures. Saving children.® The winner of the home will be announced on FOX19 on the morning of June 14, 2024.
This St. Jude Dream Home, built by Fischer Homes, is located in Covington, Kentucky, in the master-planned community of Tuscany. The two-story Charles Modern Farmhouse floorplan features three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and 2,488 square feet of living space. The home has an estimated value of $480,000.
The 2023 Cincinnati St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway was a record-breaking year. The campaign sold 14,000 tickets, an increase of 1,000 from the prior year and raised over $1.4 million in just 29 days. St. Jude is hoping for another record-breaking year in 2024.
Fischer Homes will again achieve a major milestone in 2024 as the only builder in the country to construct three homes in one year for the St. Jude Dream Home® Giveaway program, which benefits St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital®.
Since 2007, Fischer Homes and Payne Family Homes in St. Louis (whose assets were acquired by Fischer Homes in 2021) have built 29 St. Jude Dream Homes and raised more than $32 million for St. Jude. The three homes Fischer Homes will complete this year are part of the St. Jude Dream Home® Giveaway campaigns in Cincinnati, St. Louis, and Louisville and are expected to raise nearly $4 million in combined ticket sales.
