AARP has released a new digital tool to help Kentucky veterans and their families navigate the healthcare process. The new tool includes information on how to understand and access the new PACT (Promise to Address Comprehensive Toxics) Act benefits, which are available for veterans exposed to toxins during Vietnam, the Gulf War and post-9/11 deployments.
