The City of Villa Hills is alerting residents about letters from the National Police Association coming into residents’ mailboxes.

The letters contain headers that state, “Villa Hills City Council Members need to hear from you!” Yet, both the city itself and the police department are warning that the letters are not official city-approved material.

“It [the letter] is in no way in association with or approved by Villa Hills City Council or the Villa Hills Police Department,” a social media announcement from the city states. “Any mail that is sent on behalf of the city will be have a return address matching that of the city office.”
