Over 60 Northern Kentucky children will have an opportunity to spend $250 on gifts, toys, and winter clothing at the Fort Wright Walmart this holiday season.
The opportunity is made possible by the Brewer Foundation, which started the ‘Holiday Angels’ program in 2009 to give Northern Kentucky children a chance to enjoy the holiday season, ensuring that every participating family has a more memorable holiday.
The Brewer Foundation was founded by Jesse Brewer, owner of C.A.P Real Estate and member of the Boone County Fiscal Court.
“I know from my own childhood how challenging the holidays can be when resources are limited,” Brewer said in a news release. “Holiday Angels is about giving these kids a chance to enjoy the season and share joy with their families. It’s a small way to help create happy memories that last a lifetime.”
Brewer noted that the program continues to expand annually, thanks to ongoing support from the Brewer Foundation and its donors.
