Patrons who happened to be at the Hebron branch of the Boone County Public Library Wednesday were lucky enough to spot a bald eagle peering down at them as they walked in.
“Yesterday, we enjoyed a bald Eagle at the Hebron Branch,” the library posted Thursday on its Facebook page.
While bald eagles may not be the first think you think of when you think of Kentucky, they have been documented all over the state. Read more about the birds’ history in Kentucky here.
