Taylor Avenue in Bellevue is about to get a new decorative feature at the corner of Taylor and Fairfield Avenue.
In partnership with Southbank Partners, a permanent, decorative “Taylor Swift Avenue” sign will be unveiled on Oct. 30 at 6 p.m. This dedication ties in with Swift’s Eras’ Tour stops in Indianapolis and Halloween festivities.
The city encourages the site for photo ops. Bellevue is also hosting a one-hour celebration, complete with friendship bracelet-making and a “Best Dressed Swiftie” contest from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. after the sign dedication.
The city first proclaimed Taylor Avenue, Taylor Swift Avenue last June ahead of Swift visiting the region for her concerts at Paycor Stadium.
