A winter weather advisory has been issued for the Northern Kentucky region.
The National Weather Service in Wilmington, Ohio, which encompasses the Cincinnati region, issued the advisory around 4 p.m. Thursday.
“Prepare for hazardous driving conditions as the snow accumulates quickly on cold road surfaces,” read the announcement.
Snow is expected to move in Thursday night, according to the National Weather Service forecast, and is predicted to continue on and off Friday into the evening.
Current predictions for accumulation are around one to two inches in the NKY region.
