When Corrin Gulick, a traffic engineer at William Sale Partnership, toured the facilities Ignite Institute in Boone County, she came across a piece of work from an Institute graduate, Kevin Nguynen.
Nguyen, an engineering student bound for the University of Kentucky’s School of Engineering with aspirations to be a civil engineer, crafted a lighted sign of the college.
Gulick, a UK engineering graduate herself, decided she wanted one, so Nguyen set out to make her one.
This week Nguyen presented the sign to Gulick.
