Homebuilder Fischer Homes announced a newly decorated ranch model home in Covington off of Madison Pike.
The ranch home is part of the Tuscany planned community and properties can be personalized to fit the buyer’s needs, Fischer said in a press release.
A grand opening event is scheduled for Saturday, March 25 from noon to 4 p.m. Guests can see available home sites, see homes under construction, and receive a $10 Biggby gift card for attending. The model home is located at 3801 Circollo Drive in Covington.
Buyers can choose from 10 single-family floorplans in Tuscany, starting in the low $300s.
