Blue North, an organization assisting entrepreneurs in Northern Kentucky, is hosting Ask a… Lawyer Entrepreneur Edition to help those seeking legal help in the business world.
The event will be held at 5:30 p.m. on June 23 at the NKU Collaborative for Economic Engagement (112 West Pike St. in Covington).
The event will feature Loren Wolff, an attorney for DBL Law focusing on entrepreneurship, business, and economic development. Before opening up to questions, Wolff will dive into a few topics regarding law and entrepreneurship.
The Collaborative serves as a front door for entrepreneurial engagement and outreach, counseling and mentorship, as well as the university’s expertise in data analytics, health, logistics, and entrepreneurial innovation, the organization said. It opened in the fall of 2020 and was awarded $750,000 for economic engagement last year.
“This is an historic milestone not just for NKU but small businesses and startups alike,” said NKU President Ashish Vaidya at the time. “NKU offers expertise and access to resources that can build and sustain unique partnerships in the region. This funding further expands the Collaborative’s ability to create jobs and value and to strengthen community connections.”
DBL Law will sponsor drinks.
