Gold Star Chili is partnering with Madisono’s to resurrect the popular milkshake in all of their locations after COVID-related supply chain issues forced restaurants to give the treat the cold shoulder.

Having been kicked off the menu due to supply chain issues and lack of product options from suppliers, Gold Star milkshakes had a milky future. Gold Star hooked up with Madisono’s to produce a high-quality, 10% milk-fat vanilla shake that serves as a base for the returning frothy treats.

The tasty tag team was whipped up by the long-standing relationships between the leaders of the two organizations.

In 2017, Madisono’s Founder Matt Madison participated in Artworks’ Big Pitch, an entrepreneurial mentorship program and pitch competition where finalists were partnered with a local business mentor. Partnered with Gold Star president and CEO, Madison began a long-standing relationship with David, and the rest was gourmet chill and sorbet history.

To shake Gold Star’s supply woes, knew Madisono’s would be a perfect fit for the two businesses. The pairing of Madisono’s and Gold Star provided a sweet solution to bring back the well-loved milkshake to the Gold Star menu.

Gold Star’s milkshakes come in a range of flavors: vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, strawberry shortcake, cookies & cream and banana cream pie.
