River Days Festival returns to the Dayton riverfront for the third year.
The event showcases the new luxury condos and townhomes at Manhattan Harbour, including The Waterfront, a new high-end condo community.
The first phase of The Waterfront development is almost done. Once complete, it will have seven five-level buildings, each with 14 units. The event will also showcase The Lookout, which features 12 two-bedroom condominiums.Â
The festival will be held on Saturday, July 15, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Queen City Riverboats and Yachts.
In addition to learning more about the Manhattan Harbour development, guests can enjoy live music, face painting, games, food trucks and more.
Boat cruises on a Queen City Riverboat will be available for a discounted price of $10. The cruise will leave at 4 p.m. and return at 5:30 p.m. Queen City Riverboats and Yachts is at 100 O’Fallon Ave. in Dayton.
