County certifications due to the Kentucky Secretary of State by 4 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 9, meaning Monday is the last day candidates can withdraw from the 2024 General Election.

Independent voters in Kenton County can vote for the Covington City Board of Commissioners in the non-partisan local race regardless of their party affiliation. They can cast an absentee ballot or vote early in person in addition to voting normally Election Day.
