Food Network’s popular Diners, Drive-ins and Dives is set to feature another Northern Kentucky hotspot.
Covington-based KungFood Chu’s AmerAsia, located at 521 Madison Ave., announced Tuesday that it would debut on Diners, Drive-ins and Dives on Friday on Food Network.
However, in a Facebook post on Thursday, they said that, “the episode has been postponed — the new date is still under wraps.” The post took a positive approach, saying, “Greatness takes time, and kung fu still requires a bit more training to reach peak awesomeness.”
KungFood Chu’s was established in 2008 by chefs Rich and Johnny Chu.
‘Triple D’ revolves around celebrity chef and television personality Guy Fieri trying to select dishes served at restaurants across the country.
In July, Fort Mitchell-based Camporosso was featured on the show.
