Covington-based real estate developer Corporex was honored as the “Developer of the Year” by the National Association for Industrial and Office Parks Cincinnati/NKY Chapter.
The annual award celebrates outstanding achievements in the industry. It’s given to one developer who best exemplifies “leadership and innovation in the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky commercial real estate market,” per a release from the association.
Criteria for consideration for this award include outstanding quality of projects and services, impact on the market, financial consistency and stability, ability to adapt to market conditions and support of the local community.

Corporex manages a portfolio valued at over $1 billion with assets spread across 22 states. This includes local developments like the Covington River Center and Ovation, an expansive mixed-use project under construction in Newport.
