A core office building within the largest real estate development project in Campbell County is ready to be unveiled after months of construction.
Corporex, the company behind Ovation, a $1 billion mixed-use development in Newport, is hosting a grand opening ceremony for their 100,000 square feet office building located at 200 W. 3rd St. this week. The building is currently 60% leased, according to a Corporex press release.
The ribbon-cutting ceremony is scheduled for Thursday, Aug. 24 at 2 p.m. Tours of the office building will start at 2:30 p.m.
Representatives from Corporex, the City of Newport, office tenants, and members of surrounding communities are slated to be in attendance. Complimentary parking in the Ovation Parking Garage beneath the MegaCorp Pavilion is available.
