From the people that brought you Cedar and Yucca comes diner-inspired Pike Street.

“We have taken some classics that you’d see at any diner and transformed them to our way with a few twists,” Executive Chef and Co-Owner Jeremy Faeth told LINK nky in an email.
Faeth co-owns this venture with his parents, Tony and Michelle Faeth.
Like the other restaurants under the Cedar Culinary Group, the food at Pike Street is made in a scratch kitchen with no microwave to be seen.
Their menu features everything from apple pie stuffed waffles topped with bourbon crème anglaise, apple syrup and graham cracker streusel to the Derby Brown, their take on the classic Kentucky hot brown served on brioche and topped with tomato bacon chutney.
For lunch, they’re offering bumped-up diner classics like a burger stacked with caramelized onion and tartar sauce, plus a meatloaf made with goetta and beef, club and fish sandwiches and more.
Guests can enjoy a full bar and a cocktail menu with three loaded bloody marys, four unique mimosas options and spiked coffees.

Pike Street is located (shockingly) on Pike Street in Covington.
“We are very excited to be in this neighborhood,” Faeth said.
Pike Street is scheduled to open March 14, and their hours are set for 8:30 a.m. -2 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday and 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Friday through Sunday.
In the future, Faeth said, they hope to start staying open later in the evening.
Pike Street is located at 9 West Pike Street, Covington. Find more information on their Facebook page.
