Leadership Excelleration (LE), a national executive coaching and leadership consulting firm based in Cincinnati, announced Dr. Angela Crawford as its new chief marketing officer and consulting partner.
Crawford has 27 years professional experience with much in the area of executive coaching, marketing strategy, sales, client and employee research, operations, leadership development, and scalability planning.
She specializes in helping organizations develop and implement changes that align with their mission, an announcement said.
Crawford was most recently vice president for digital, graduate and professional programs at Thomas More University in Crestview Hills while concurrently leading her own strategy and customer experience consulting firm.
She also served as founding dean of Thomas More’s College of Business for two years, leading the college through organizational changes. Crawford also taught graduate and undergraduate courses in strategy, innovation, organizational behavior and marketing at Thomas More, along with undergraduate business ethics and quality management at the University of Cincinnati.
Crawford left TMU in June, according to her LinkedIn profile.
Prior to starting her consulting business and shifting into academia, Dr. Crawford spent more than twenty years in senior level roles with Fortune 500 companies supporting healthcare, technology, financial services and retail. She began in operations then took on additional leadership roles in sales, marketing, customer experience and research where she grew her expertise in building new revenue generating business units and leading change for a variety of organizations across the U.S. and globally.
