Fischer Homes is unveiling its first paired patio model home in Northern Kentucky at its expansive community, The Reserve of Parkside. Potential buyers are invited to attend the Grand Opening event on Saturday, May 21, from noon to 4 p.m. Additionally, attendees can explore move-in ready homes, enjoy a lunch, and enter for a chance to win door prizes and a $250 Watson’s gift card. 

The new Hudson model from the Paired Patio Home Collection at The Reserve of Parkside features three bedrooms, two and a half baths, and over 1,600 square feet of living space. This two-story floorplan offers an open-concept kitchen, dining, and family room. An owner’s suite includes an en suite bathroom and a generous walk-in closet. In addition to the two-story paired patio home, Fischer Homes also offers a ranch paired patio home, which can be built in this community. The Paired Patio Collection starts from the $230s and is low-maintenance, with all yard work and snow removal included.
