Fort Mitchell City Council approved the 2026-2027 property tax rate at Monday night’s meeting.
Council held its second reading on an ordinance that would set the real property tax rate at $.108 per $100 of property valuation for the 2026-2027 fiscal year, the same rate as the previous fiscal year. This approval marks 11 straight years of the city’s rate remaining the same or decreasing.Â
The next meeting is scheduled for Sept. 14 at 6:30 p.m.
