Gilday is roughly six-feet tall, 167 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. According to police, surveillance footage showed him wearing camo or tactical-style pants and jacket, a dark-colored hooded sweatshirt, gloves, and a light-colored face mask.

Police said not to approach Gilday or his vehicle.
