The owners of Spanish tapas bar Conserva announced on Facebook that they are closing their Ludlow location.

The post says Challis and Lauren Hodge are planning to relocate Conserva, but it doesn’t say where it will be located or when it will open.

“After a lot of soul searching, we know it is time to relocate Conserva,” the post says. “As we wind things down here, with our final service on Saturday November 29, we will bring back some of your favorite dishes and make the most of our last few nights.”

The couple purchased Grassroots & Vine earlier this year after former owner Barb Thomas said she needed to take a step back.

The Hodges said they would be hosting Conserva pop-ups, paella nights, brunches and takeovers at Grassroots & Vine while they look for a new permanent home for Conserva.

“And there are great things ahead,” the post continued. “Taste Cellar and Pantry opens next week in Fort Thomas, bringing you a curated selection of wines, pantry items, produce, and quite possibly some take-and-bake Conserva dishes for your table at home.”
