The Independence Police Department is asking for help in locating Te’andre Bell, a teenager who went missing in Independence, according to an announcement from the department.
Bell is a 14-year-old Black male who stands at 5 feet and 4 inches tall and weighs about 110 pounds. He has been missing since March 31, and police believe he is possibly in Cincinnati or Dayton, Ohio.
