Severe weather to roll through NKY Tuesday night

Batton down the hatches! Severe weather is expected to hit the region Tuesday night, according to the National Weather Service.

Thunderstorms accompanied by large hail, damaging wind, and a possible “few tornadoes” are predicted to start around 9 p.m. Tuesday and continue through 6 a.m. Wednesday.

The National Weather Service said that “a strong tornado cannot be ruled out” and recommends everyone “remain weather aware.”
