Our LINK nky Team of the Week is the Highlands High School Bluebirds volleyball team.
In our weekly poll, the Bluebirds claimed 70% of the vote.
The team was nominated after winning four out of five games in a single day to win the Cake Classic Volleyball tournament.
We also congratulate the other nominees from our previous week: the Campbell County High School Camels football team, the St. Henry District High School Crusaders boys golf team, and the Cooper High School Jaguars girls golf team.
Our weekly honor is open to all local sports teams at all levels, from youth to recreational to high school to college to pro and beyond.
