A navigational lighting project will require a lane closure on the 4th Street Bridge over the Licking River that connects Covington and Newport on Wednesday, July 13.
Traffic will be reduced to one lane in each direction during the hours of 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. The traffic pattern will be in place between Garrard Street in Covington and the roundabout in Newport.
