The Northern Kentucky Health Department has released information on how bargain hunters can stay safe during this weekend’s “127 Longest Yard Sale”.

The 127 Yard Sale will take place Thursday, August 6 through Sunday, August 9.

The release stated the following;

The Northern Kentucky Health Department is reminding participants (sellers, browsers, and

buyers) to follow all protective measures against COVID-19 in accordance with the Governor’s

Executive Orders and Healthy at Work requirements.

Primary measures include:

• Social distancing – Stay at least 6 feet away from anyone not living in your same household.

• Wear a Face Covering – These should cover your mouth and nose to help prevent the spread

of the virus through respiratory droplets.

• Keep hand sanitizer available so that it can be used frequently between hand washings.

• Do not handle items that you are not going to purchase.

These and additional steps are important to help protect you, your family, and all other participants from COVID-19 during this pandemic.
