Heavy rain overnight has caused severe flooding throughout Northern Kentucky. In Fort Thomas, River Road is closed until further notice….
In addition, there have been several reports of heavy flooding on Covert Run in Bellevue as well as severe flooding on Fort Beech Road in Southgate.
