The sign is now in place at the newly named Remke Plaza at the corner of Dixie Highway and Orphanage Road in Fort Mitchell.
Formerly home to a Remke grocery store, the site is being redeveloped to house multiple businesses.
360 Property Partners is leading the work.
Braxton Brewing Company is set to open its third Northern Kentucky location at Remke Plaza.
Other announced tenants include Jersey Mike’s, a national sandwich chain, and Coveted Closet Boutique, a women’s shop.
According to the Remke Plaza Facebook page, other tenants may be announced soon.
In total, there is expected to be six commercial spaces on the Dixie Highway-facing side, with the larger space that faces the parking lot occupied by Braxton.
