The Home Builders Association of Northern Kentucky Sales & Marketing Council hosted an event at the Metropolitan Club in Covington, KY on Thursday March 23 to celebrate excellence in new construction home sales. “We are very happy to see the numbers we are seeing from the real estate community,” said Brian Miller, executive vice president of the organization.

“The sales amounts keep on climbing year after year as the industry continues along the road to recovery. We are very proud of our award winners as they should be of themselves. The Sales & Marketing Council Awards recognize cumulative sales dollars for the prior year.
Realtors are awarded for their new home sales only and sales dollars do not reflect their entire annual sales for Realtors’ resale homes. Submissions for the awards are collected in February and judged in early March. To apply for the Sales & Marketing Council Awards applicants must be a member in good standing at the Home Builders Association of Northern Kentucky and a member of their Sales & Marketing Council.
